How can I connect a PS2 to a monitor and speakers?

Hey there, I have a slim PS2 modded with Matrix Infinity 1.99 (if it matters).
I wanna connect my PS2 to a 1280x1024 VGA Samsung monitor and play the sound through any regular 3,5mm jack audio device (speakers, headphones, etc.). What kind of VGA Box do I need to buy and where can I get one cheap?
On eBay I saw some VGA Boxes with RCA to VGA, but I also need audio, so that's not an option. On some random website I found a great VGA box with two cables in the package, 3,5mm jacks, RCA in and everything, but FUCK, they want 68$ for that and I am not prepared to waste more that 30-35 bucks on this. Any idea?
