Is there a way to play Guitar Hero 5 on USB Advance?

I have it on my 320GB HDD, and USB Advance and everything boots fine.
However, when I try to boot the game. I just get stuck with a black screen. I checked the compatibility, and it said it was compatible, BUT with extra work (something like that).
I have yet to see any tutorial or anything on this for PS2, only the Wii.
Does anyone have any suggestions or information?
My brother and I were dying to play this.
