mcboot and gameshark 3.3 disc

Hi all,
I'm wondering if it's at all possible to use the mcboot exploit with a gameshark 3.3 CDX disc (uses gameshark memory card). I've gotten to the point where I have my .ps2 file (as far as the PC steps are concerned), I just have no idea what to do next. If it's even possible.

As far as I know that only works with Gameshark v2.1, but here is the tutorial if you want to try it anyway

Thanks for the info, I haven't gotten around to attempting this yet. If it doesn't work, I'll just have to hunt down a copy of 2.1.
