PCSX2 Kingdom Hearts Performance Help

Hi, I'm tring to play Kingdom Hearts 1 on my PCSX2 emulator. It works, but very slowly, especially during cutscenes. I'm not sure whether it's because of the emulator, the plugins, or the computer.

Computer specs are-
Windows XP
Dell Dimension 4700
Intel Pentium 4 CPU 2.80 GHz

My Graphics Card is Sapphire HD 4670

Current Graphics plugin is ZeroGS 0.97.1

A little help, please? Will I have problems with other games?

I'm not sure if I should post this thread in this forum. If there is a more appropriate place to post this, please tell me.
