Hey guys I could really use some help (especially since I paid a lot of money for this stuff :D) First let me list what I have:

Masscooler Hard Drive Enclosure
Asus Laptop with Vista 64 bit
Ps2 Network Adapter (SCPH-10350 I bought off ebay had jap. stickers)
Fat Ps2 (scph-30001)
Hd Advance 3.0

2 Hard Drives (Maxtor 6y080l and Maxtor 5A320J0)

OK so I received all of my materials today and wanted to start up my HD Advance on my Ps2. So I plugged the HD into the network adapter, and booted up the DVD disk. After loading HD advance said it could not detect my HD.... so great, I thought to myself. I used my enclosure and it detected the HD just fine. I fooled with it for about an hour, and decided to go get another hard drive (the 6y080l). So I got home, booted it up, and it said the same thing. I then used Winhiip to try to format it to see if it would work, and that was a no go (I can get it to select the drive but when i choose to format either one of them it says that it cannot write to my disc :( ) So I was wondering if any of you guys had ANY ideas on what i should do. Do you think its my ps2? The network adapter I bought? Any help would be appreciated

since you bought the network adapter, you should've bought a regular 3.5" IDE drive and hdloader. way faster loading, and much better game compatability.
