Problem with ARMAX

I'm from the Philippines and buying an original Armax is not option cause there are no stores here that sells Armax. And i found a website that sells but they're out of stocks.
So, I have burned a downloaded ARMAX from the net. It's ok from boot to selection of cheats. But when I'm prompted to open the disc tray and place the game (back up game), it says that it can not read the disc. I also tried GameShark2; the same phroblem. My question is: Are there Armax that doesn't need swap magic or DiscLoader, uLaunch ELF and others just to load the games and it's corresponding cheats? and can be downloaded? If so, can you guys please link me?

If all else fails (ARMAX/GS2), can you guys tell me other ways of applying cheats to backed up games?
