PS2/ HDLoader Tower??

I was wondering if it was possible to gut a PS2 and create a frankenstein PC with the parts for the purpose of playing PS2 games off HDLoader. I figured somehow it could work- turn PC on and have it automatically boot HDLoader with multiple hard drives in it for stored games. Use Linux as the jumpoff point or something- I have an original HdLoader (no need for the new version that supports 1Tb drives) and multiple hard drives that I switch out of my fat ps2 (which the laser is dying, it takes multiple times for the disc to load). I was originally looking for some kind of no-disk mc xploit to bypass the cd drive, but Im not going to by modchips and all that to get the job done. Any help/ suggestions would be great.

So your looking to load games from a series of hard drive to a ps2? If you looking to do that you could use free Mcboot to load Open ps2 loader.
