Ok I have installed mcboot exploit to mem card...and can run backups now with esr patched games nstead of swap magic (have tape and tssue mod)...im trying to get my avil files on a dvd to come up in sms and it doesnt detect nothing...what am i doing wrong> thanks!

I think this is your problem:
When it's not a CD, DVD, or PS2 game, the PS2 won't read it. You'll have to use your flip top or slide card (the same way you'd use it to play a backup) to put in your DVD and have SMS Media Player read it.

I had that problem too but doing what I said made my avis work perfectly :)
