Whats the best way to softmod a fat ps2?

should i use Action replay and then download HDloader?

or is there a better way, and can someone point me out to a good tutorial on the action replay that explain everything because im so confused.

Do you have any cheat disks? There are ways to do the mod with most of the cheat disks...if you do have one, you can check on sksapps.com to see if anyone has found a way to use that disk. If not, you can usualy get someone to put freemcboot on a memory card for you; this would be cheaper than a cheatdisk/swapmagic, and you would get an extra memory card out of the deal.

no, i dont have any Cheat Disk but i was planning on getting AR Max? would that work?

do you or anyone know whats a GOOD and RELIABLE And most of all TRUST ABLE website i can purchase swapmagic or HDLoader because that just seems easier than doing all of this.
