Swap Magic Help - A lot of questions

I used a tutorial (as a new user it won't let me post links, but the tutorial was on eHow and was titled "How to Make a PS2 Boot Disk".) to get a hold of Swap Magic v3.6, but Im not sure what to do next. I downloaded the file from the torrent the tutorial stated, and I now have the .rar sitting in my downloads folder. Do I need to extract all the files into a non-compressed folder? And then, there are several different folders and files within the download, which one do I burn to the blank DVD?

Once Ive got the file burned onto the DVD, then what do I do? Do I simply run it in my PS3? Im relatively new to modding and software exploitation. Say, for example, I have a DVD that Ive burned the ISO of some PS2 game that I want to play on. What steps do I have to go through in order to accomplish that?
In case the make of my PS2 is relevant, I have a fat PS2.

EDIT: Nevermind, most of the questions in this thread are now answered, except for the discburning queries. Please check my newer thread (posted just after this one) if you can help me.
