Winhiip Will not!!!!recognize any drives

I have a 250 gig hard drive connected to a USB HD drive inclosure. Windows recognizes it. Drive is empty. Winhiip will not recognize any of my drives.

I have tried all jumper settings. HELP!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

windows isn't suppose to recognize it. format it with winhiip.

How can you format it if winhiip will not recognize it?

if it's not showing up under select drive, then connect it internally to the computer and try again.

The computer I have has no IDE connection inside. The internal hard drive is connected by some means I have never seen. It reall is not a cable just wires with a plug.

OK I could not connect it internally to my computer so I took it to my work computer and connected it internally. Ran Winhiip and it recognized it. Formated it with Winhiip. Brought it back to my home computer and hooked it up using USB and hard drive box. Windows does not recognize it now in Windows Explorer but under computer management it recognizes it but is not initalized. I understand that after formatting as PS2 the computer is not suppose to recognize it but now winhiip will not recognize it either.

Anyone have any suggestions?????

The reason I could not connect it to my computer is that my computer has a SATA interface. I had never heard of this.
