Any mid-range HD camcorder doing progressive (1080p25) ?

I'm trying to find a mid-range HD camcorder (around $200 - $700) which would be able to record progressive frames (for Europe: 25P). But it seems that all the models which I looked at can only do interlaced (50i or 60i).

Is there a model which I missed? Or would I have to spend much more for this ability?

If you know of a US model doing 24P or 30P, that would also be interesting, because it may have an equivalent European model which I could find.
