hi,

I'm looking to buy a video camera soon. I just don't know where to start. I've been out of the video camera game for a while. I'm looking to pay about $500 or less. I was thinking of getting one with an HDD and preferably HD. Is HD quality recommended? or anything under that still good?? Any help would be appreciated.

I've also been looking for a new video camera and found these two:

Sanyo Xacti VPC TH1 - $300 AUD
JVC Everio GZ MG630 - $500 AUD

Let me know what you think of my suggestions.

if you want cheap, I suggest you buy it at a wholesale website online, I guess it cost you no more than 300$ to get a video camera with HD of course it also depends on you want to buy which brand.
