I bought Upstart battery for canon hf11 from amazon. Purchase was based on its own advertising and few user reviews. I bought it knowing it will not show remaining time on the camcorder.
I charged it over night until green light showed on the charger base. I tested it with indicator button on the battery, and it shows 3 blue lights and 1 red. This, I assume, means not fully charged. Although I sent a question to the supplier through amazon e-mail, I also like to pick your brains for your experience (if you've used it) with this battery. Is the remaining red light normal or should I consider this battery defective and incapable of being fully charged? Thanks to all in advance.
