Seems to be everything but the freeview channels, anyone know if this is anything to do with the update the other day? does anyone who never did the update still got channels?

I wouldn't hold too much merit in what's being said on forums. It's been shady for a couple of days before going down, seems like a technical fault or downtime to sort issues out.

conflicting messages here. Virgin status check for my phone number on the lewisham id shows BB and TV disruption, yet the same freeview channels on subbed box dont appear on the KV box! So why is this? I'm pretty sure if this was a server problem they would have notified us customers somehow.

please can you all check virgin media status check. google it if you can't find it. put in your virgin phone number. It says BB service is disrupted and will be fixed by 9.00pm. TV service is good. But as kv works via the internet or BB. If the server isn't getting an internet connection than we won't be able to connect to it.

i chaeck mine and have exactly the same although the internet works fine im in satffordshire

I thought the KV server was divided into smaller uploaders since the SV problem. If so not all would be down.
