I have a strange situation, I'm on NTL with a analogue sub only, thus I have no NTL box, I have a Kryptview but my Sky 1; Sky News channels I cannot get, how if these have now been switched to N3, would my analogue sub be able to pick up, that the Kyrptview box can't decode? Or have I missed something here?

You confusing how analogue and digital works.

Hi ryand2: like what MICKAH said is true analogue system is not as good in overall picture and sound quality epg. std nicam 2.0 stereo .where digital will bring high quality picture and 5.1 surround sound.of course some of the channels that where on the digital network N~L
where broadcast from the uk where still analogue.that y u see some channels where that good and very clear like most of them of the digital format on the network. Most of the UK.are or mostly gone over to digital. Free to air satellite are very good value and good quality picture and sound two. But please note i find the Freeview
and the Freesat boxes are not good quality in picture and sound
Due to scan rate to ratio is very poor to carries m/s k/b rate.

Hi Lads. A quick one. I have two Kryptview boxes and have now lost all the channels bar the basic stuff. I disconnected the two boxes last week and went back to the stations through the telly. Will I throw out the two Kryptview boxes or is there new software out to input into them. Will I get any decent number of channels back ?

there is only software on line for those boxes ,if u live in Ni or
the Uk. gone over to nagra 3 and on test nagra 4 here in Ireland
be a long wait i say and if they crack nagra 3 there will be nagra 4 to deal with also.a lot of the good hackers are now working for these
people now that why there been no great rush to fix Z item for a long time Ok. ryand2
