Audio Sync Problem, DVB-T USB Stick

Hi, I have not done much recording with my Freecom DVB-T USB Stick but have noticed the audio is about +100MS to +200MS out of sync, I just wondered if this was common and what the best way of re-syncing the audio would be, what program to use etc.

This may be related to other sync problems I'm having with other video files that were stored on an external hard drive, or possible hardware related, thanks.
