dont buy any boxes of edited by ddp they rip u of if u open the box it comes in and it doesnt work they take 20per cent of ur money before u get it back,course u have to open the box to see if it works crap company

got the box with only freeveiw channels on it try to put softwear on it doesnt work

This is why they are charging you 20% repacking/stocking fee because there is nothing wrong with the box.
The boxes are only sold as FTA boxes and if you couldn't work out how to install the firmware and turn the emu on that's not really there problem

And I think everyone here will say the same to you.
If I owned the shop i'd have given you a credit note at best as there was nothing wrong with the product and it was opened
You cant go around saying a company is ripping people off when they are clearly not and I hope admin come along and lock this thread

all boxes sold come as fta you will always need to update firmware to get it to work problem is people do not read how to set it up as some boxes are easy some are much harder.pcs with xp handy if you have a com port for null modem cable to update,laptops and usb ports can be tricky to set up,vista wont even go there.i myself have bought boxes that i cannot update some easy some hard.common rule 20% off if restocking charge.

I bought a Kryptview A750 from these guys back in June ordered it on Tues. got it on Fri. perfect working order and i have recommended the site to friends all have had no problem.Sounds like you needed to do more homework on the box you got

the advantage with krypt is it will work on both boxes,starview all models have their own firmware,and maybe euro the same,at times can be hard to correctly identify boxes.most firmware are made for one box and if it is a clone who knows.
