hi i just recieved a c****s card and when i placed it in the decoder it comes up with a message that the card and decoder have not been paired . is there a way to pair them or do the company have to do this ? thanks in advance

you need to ring chorus and they will switch off the old card and then activate the new card.should work ok then.
