hi guys having trouble installing cccam followed the tut but lost power to the box while doing it and now when i go into download man and click nab img cams it just says error downloading http://www.nabilosat.info/dreamnews/inde...t=nabilocam(-2) then at the bottom of the screen its says wait please connection in progress... any ideas guys

restart router so dreambox is assigned new ip. problem is because you currently have no ip assigned to box so it has no internet connection

check hat network cable is a standard cable and not a crossover cable. if it is standard cable then it is faulty. replace it.

make sure when you press the blue button on the remote control and set cccam 2.1.3 as your default cam that you press ok to save and then exit back to channels ,your card should be working after that.

piopat still having trouble with my box still not able to view any sly channs not sure if it might be my internal cardreader am sure i have the cccam all sorted now as it says cam 2.1.3 on the info bar when scrolling the channs and i used dreambox config creator my ftp a new cam file i was thinking of getting a c line from some where just to see if it works any surgestions??

is the sky card active (does it work in the sky box )i think your missing my point about cccam all you need to do is install cccam 2.1.3 and set it as your default cam and then insert the sky card into the dreambox and it will work without editing cccam .you only need to edit cccam and put in the sky box boxkey if your package contains sky movies and sky sports (but all the basic pay channels will work without the boxkey). did you try putting the card in box 2 (if the card reader is at fault in box 1 well then the sky card should work in box 2 as its unlkely the card reader would be faulty on both boxes) install cccam 2.1.3 in box 2 and set cccam 2.1.3 as your default cam and press ok to save ,exit back to the tv channels and put your sky card in to the box and the basic pay channels should open . if they dont as i say its unlikely the card reader would be at fault on both boxes so it would mean you havent correctly installed cccam 2.1.3 .try rebooting your box that will restart cccam .the only other thing i can think of is that the image is corrupt but if everything else is working ok it would seem not .

thanks again for replying and being patient with me yeah i do understand about not having to edit the cccam before veiwing basic sly channs yeah the card is active as i still use it im unable to try box 2 as ive just opened the box to try it and it will not power up and the box rattles i think ive been sold a load of rubbish. where could i get a c line from to try that and see if it works or a site where i could get some new boxes

where did you get the boxes from are they new if so they have a gaurantee .if you bought them from china i wouldnt send them back as there is a good chance you will lose your boxes and the extra money you will spend on p+p. try deal extreme for new dreamboxes and pay by paypal if you can that way you can get your monet back if anything should go wrong.

yeah it was china i did use paypal to buy them. maybe i will see if i could get my money for one of the boxes as i have flashed one. just one other question i flashed the box with nabilosat darkstar 11 and when i turn on the box nabilosat darkstar 11 shows on the screen but when i download the cccam i noticed it says the box is equiped with "nabilosat enigma 1" as this was the original image is this normal

ok, so at least i understand now its not a boxkey issue. so then it reverts to piopats comments. are you sure that you have set cccam 2.1.3 as your default cam. if you have a valid subscription card in your dreambox then at least you get the basic entertainment chans if you set the cam to 2.1.3

you will need to contact paypal and they will ask you to contact the dreambox supplier a number of times and if you get no joy paypal will give you the money .if your experience is like mine you wont have much luck getting in touch with the supplier ,but having paid by paypal is a plus. ordering boxes from china is always risky ,they are very prompt desptching the boxes but the problem arises when the boxes are faulty as they dont seem to like honouring their gaurantee and people sendind boxes back have found that their addresses have been known to be fake/non existant .contact paypal and see what they say ,in the mean time if you want to get another box try deal extreme .

yeah am quite sure i have when i turn on the box from reboot it says staring cam 213 and on the info bar at the bottom when i scroll though the chans it says cam 213 and if cam 213 is not default it says common interface on the info bar
