Just to let people know in Ireland some more parts of Chorus land has been switched off today now it could just well be a breakdown in the area but i would doubt it.
So N3 has arrived MMDS does not seem to be effected at the present time BUT.... that could all change overnight so be prepared

cheers m8. chorus still changing cards, lot of places to be done yet, but they are getting there, now they are lot of peepsout there with basic packages, but mosc(chipped)cards, they will tell you put new card new box, but that does not mean your rom 10/11 card is fooked.. after a day stick old card back in,, it will still work. and if you want to c/s ,you will need old card, the info is on it, WELL SO IM TOLD,

you dont know what your talking about mate once N3 is fully implimented none of the fixed cards will work they will all be dead.
There is no fix for the N3 anywhere not even on the sat scene so chipped boxes dodgy boxes WILL all be dead in the water NO fixes for them so who ever told you that they can fix your Mosc card is talking rubbish.
The only box that will be working will be the Kryptview 750 with iconnector or the new 780 with built in lan connector / Starview 6 lan at the present time the only box working in Ireland on N3 is the Starview 6lan which will give you a year viewing and after that you buy a new box the kryptview box does not have any time limits so i know what i would be buying
And on another note if you dont put your new card in your box YOU will have NO working box at all then when they do all go

well e45 i ment to say untill they fully go nagra3 rom10/11 card will still work, even if you have activated rom 142, as i activated n3 card, but still using rom11 till lights go out. but as for kyptview only box, ha ha , .. now m8 do bit of research. and sorry i should have explained myself earlier.

you might do that now till N3 fully working then it will be dead as its still prob working on n2 same as most boxes where.
we will see where your dreambox will be when fully implemented same as they are in Uk all dead

no my friend, not trying to start agro here , but c/s working in dreams on cable in ireland, BUT only those that can extract the cam_n key from combination of old/new cards will be able to share card with friends and so on,, c/s also working on dreams in england on different cams, but just not public yet,

mmm maybe right maybe wrong but im open to everything but as you say only to them that have what is needed if its working for ya great.

I have the eurovox on mmds through Cho$us. Got the card sent out. What do I do with it? I dont even have the cho$us box set up to change the cards... is this the end for the eurovox and similar boxes? Everything seems to be working ok at d mo. bar the audio gone on the irish channels which i believe to be a simple freq change prob

if you are not using the c---us bos dont worry just put the card in it and put it back into the cupboard this wont affect the eurovox,who knows how long is left its a case of how long is a piece of string on the freq prob just delete the no sound chans and rescan problem solved

my starview 4 usb has lost all channels

if you dont put your card in and update it in the box your card will not work as you will miss the up date on it i say put it in let the card update then but your other box back in
