im confused for the past couple of days im losing channels but its not the premium channels i still have all them, im losing bbc1, itv, itv2 itv3 channel 4 any ideas why. ive done a factory reset loads of times and still no joy. im in the manchester area
ive rescaned over 8 times no other splitters are connected it cant be the nagra 3 because i still get all the movies and sports. its the freeview channels that i cant receieve

I am having similar problems in manchester and I know others are two. I have done a reset/rescan a few times and I get a mixed bag of channels e.g. i got about 20 bbc one's but no ITV (although ITV Audio Description is there so I am using that). I think VM are playing around with channels in advance of N3 so it will be messy for the foreable future I think....

did you check to see if there is work going in the area on the VM webpage? And yes, this sounds like the same story with freqs and chans moving and being disrupted by the provider due to N3 introduction, so yep, scan, rescan and scan some more, thats what you will be doing here on in
