Ok so pretty sure we can't openly discuss CS, but thought we might be able to point people in the right direction.

From my experience the best sites are cardshare.tv, cardsharing.biz and eurocardsharing.com
The latter is a strict no go for premium CS, it's only for sometimes reliable free shares.
satcardsharing.com is a scam really, too many freezes so not worth it.
Plenty of places to pick up a decent clone dm500 but I found dvbmonkey to be pretty good.

As for setting up CCcam and all that well google is your friend!
