Bit of a n00b question - how do you set the default cam on the Dbox2?
I've installed the new fix, but each time I turn off the box and turn it back on it reverts to the old cam instead of the newly installed mcgamd.
Any thoughts ??

Ok, I'm using Commando 10. Would you recommend Sportster over Commando?

Cammando 10 is fine, if you set MGcamd to On it should stay like that even if rebooted.

Ok still not working.
However it only happens on Reboot now. I have to do a camd reset after every reboot.
On another note - I'm missing a few music channels - anyone else in the same boat?

Highlight those 4 files in your keys folder and chmod 755(posted wrong above) them, using commando 10 myself.
I found a few of the music channels very jumpy, just doing a bruteforce scan now, will upload my image and my services.xml when its finished, if it works, taking forever Grrrr
PLEASE DONT PM ME FOR KEYS!

Hi tomed! Make sure to install the mcgamd file into the same folder as the old cam,( possibly its in bin/var/cams?)then set as default, depends on which image youre using but this worked for me.

Sorry for another n00b question but how do you "set to default"?
Thanks

Did all that - but still, if I shutdown I have to do a camd reset.
I've only one cam on the box itself - bugging the life outta me.
I'm running Commando 10 - I did an install of Blade and it seemed to work ok - but prefer commando! :)
Looking forward to your xml files - I think I'm still missing a few channels - in particular my Kerrang! channel! :)

Hi all,
Loaded files in relevant folders, only getting a couple of channels working.
When I reboot, the 'Active softcam' is not set to Mgcamd.
I CHMODed all files but I'm getting a Response saying:'550 SITE CHMOD command failed'.
I'm using FileZilla...
Any suggestions very welcome, tx
