dbox 2 lost channel after scan

Just wondering can anyone help i wanted to do a rescan after i lost a few channel`s and an error just keeps coming up telling me no channels found after about 5sec, and lost all my other channels.

The image im running on is BLADE QUAD on nthell in Dublin 12 is there something i need to change like freq or netid.Please help

hi i am in dublin 7 the netid is 42753 frequency 291000 symbol rate 6887 works fine on sagem dbox2
