hi guys, i've thebox super. Api ver: 6.00_E, Boot ver : 8.0, 4 feb. 2008. i am having problem getting all the channels. Just getting the basic channels. i,ve have already tried menu/1570/ emu- on. i think i might hve done something with the factory setting, because prior to that it was fine, all the channels were their. i'm in cork. Can someone help? i hve also tried set default key, and it "please wait for saving. thanks

try starting from scratch,factory reset 0000 to delete,autoscan your provider and emu to on menu1570 emu to on.
do not scan through splitters or extensions.

i tried it and still blank screen with info "data is being updated (0%) is there something else i can do?

i presume you are in uk,go to sly sports and let it update from that,it just needs a stronger signal to get it to start 0%-240%,you can also try doing a set default key,or powering box off at back then on should work.

yes same process,you are not on n*l then if you are most channels have gone to n2.

try another channel wait 15 secs if it does not move,try another.

Sly sports 1 and sports news gone during middle of super sund. sly sports 2,3, extra all fine. I've got Kryptview A750, in Waterford with n*l. Any one else find this happened?

try det default key,and make sure emu is on and exit out.

thats the old firmware 8.04 is the newer firmware
