Can anyone help me, i had my digivox set up in my old house and it worked perfect with ch**us. We moved the aerial to my new house and faced it in the same direction as my neighbours but i'm not getting any signal, i've my box flashed with downloaded 10 v3300 firmware. Does anyone know what i could do????

You might need to get the aerial up higher.

We had trouble with low signal quality there was tree's in the way so we got a longer pole and moved the aerial higher and all channels working now.

but the aerial is as high as my neighbours, and there's a clear line of sight to where its pointing, do i need to get a down convertor or something for it, its a chorus aerial..
