I just got the digivox xl USB and the screen is slightly blocky, the connections are all fine and we have a second box and that's fine, I swapped the boxes around to double check if it was the connections but its definitely the box, any suggestions on how I can fix this? I'm in Dublin

maybe try checking settings as the other one may differ.

yeah did that and all the settings are the same, I'm thinking it could be a loose connection in the box or maybevi need a signal booster
