dreambox 500s stuck in tv system wizard

hi just got my dreambox today has to be a fault? it starts up tv wizard asks to put in setup pal whatever and time but just keeps repeating this thats all that is happening?

i resolved this one. i just downloaded and installed the image that was meant to be on the box an it was ok then so if anyone else has or gets this problem that fixed my problem.
