Hi all
Im looking for as much information as I can get on the Dreambox 500s.
I have worked on the 500c and I have had it working with no problems.
It is only lately that I have started to get envolved with the 500s.
I would like to know what would be the best or more reliable imgage to have on the box
and how much and what are the different methods between cable and satellite.
the imgage thats on the current box is enigma and the version is 1.0.9
so any info would be a great help
you can get that thread by clicking on link 4 in my signature area and there is a cs tutorial in link 5. if your looking for images and tools for the dreambox use the other links ,you should note that any dm500s bought now is likely a clone and so requires a clone safe image like nabilosat darkstar 2 etc ,it can be got through these links .
have to agree with fintann,if fintann says its the best you should deffo look there mate.had a quick look and it looks good.ill have a better look tomorrow when the beer wears off.

The Dreambox I have is 3 years old I had it for a long time but I also have the 500c which was much handy to upgrade and work. but I have moved house and thats why I have dived into the 500s
so again tanks for all the info
as i say you get everything you need for your box from the links in my signature (images ,dream up ,dream control center ,and a tutorial )also you should take a look at the link fintann posted above .there is also a link in my signature area to an excellent thread that could help you a lot. and of course if you need any help all you have to do is ask.
