Hi, This is a plee to any technology minded people, who might be able to help me unscramble my channels. It's been working fine for three months,and now nothing! I'd be most abliged.

they changed the codes today youl have to update the firmware on ur box.

Don't update anything.
All is fine.
Leave it on SSports for 5 minutes. It will return.
Failing that, turn your box off for a couple of minutes, or reboot it.
Tune to SSports 1 and leave it. It will update and your premuim channels will return.

you shouldnt need to turn ur box off,the box should update itself if uve got the write firmware on it.

can you give us the date on the firmware that is on your box at the present time

I suppose the term's relative.
There's been a key roll today.
Given the fact that the guy's had no problems for the three months previous to today do you think the roll is a coincidence?

Hi e45,
You have refered the flash above as being Oct '09 release.
I am no stranger to loading new firmware onto the ex7000hd.
My last firmware update is sept 21 beta.
From booting this flash you have provided it displays same version and so i can only condlude that is not a new october release?
I have for so long now being deparately hoping and waiting for the program information to be fixed. got excited for a moment that this might be the one I've been waiting for.
Please confirm firware release...

Hi mate its a new release, just had a tweek put on to it for some problem, it will still have the same date on it, just because they have updated something in the file, does not automatically mean they will change the date.
I think but not 100% sure a scanning issue was fixed on the file
