got the box working and am watching challenge channel. it has started saying slot0 card in card out. i switch the box off and on again, it is ok for about 3 minutes and keeps on saying it. it isnt happening on another channel at the moment, just this one, so i assume it will happen on other channels, very annoying.
can someone explain what is going on.

in addition dont want to sound thick but the usb part of the box, can someone explain the extent of what i can do with this model so i dont miss out on what it can do,
