Eurovox 5000 signal problem

Hi all

I have a Eurovox pvr 5000 and I am not picking up any channels when I run a scan. (V**gin through T*l*west. Got broadband only. All software upto date)

The signal strength/levels are constantly going from roughly 90%ish down to 5%ish then back up again. Could this be the reason why it is not picking anything up? I have tried the box at my dads 2 mins away and it works fine. Ive tried his box on my connection and it doesnt work. Ive also tried using different cables in the house.

Should I contact V*rgin and tell them there is a problem with my broadband cable and see if that helps solve the problem?

i'm having the same problems with the ex700+. signal strength is very low!!
