I have recently purchased a eurovox ex1000 SL. i have done the scan and all channels were found but when scan finishes, all channels ( except freeview) are scrambled. any ideas please?

did you update it with the new firmware??
when thats done you then press menu-language settings-1968 another thing will appear down the bottom of where everything says english called emulator make sure its enabled then press the red button to save, then exit.
