I would also like to ask whether i can recieve the asian channels "9X" and "Zee Music" on my Eurovox max blue 06. I'm with Te*ewest in Birmingham. Are there any special frequencies to recieve these channels or are they not available with cable ?

Read a few posts, the answer is there!!

Whatever you say, say nothing when you talk about you know what for if you know who might hear you, you know what youll get. Youll be sent off to you know where for you would not know how long. Maybe I could search through the threads so you dont have to ??

as i have to flash on the laptop.

when i ran the UFL MaxV v2.1 exe and clicked on Upload and then start it just says COM3 on the screen.

the progress bar hasnt even started yet.

i went into Device Manager on Windows Vista it doesnt even say COM ports any where in here, anyone got any ideas...gone through a lot of trouble trying to just flash this.

i normally flash this on the desktop were i judt need to use the 9pin null modem cable but the DESKTOP crashed, blue screen when i turn it on now :(

any help with flashing on my laptop would be greatly received.

thanks
Steve
your best bet would be to do it on a pc with xp,if you had used the search facility you would have seen numerous posts regarding issues with flashing on vista.

This does work i used this method the last time i updated . the first thing to do is connected the two cables together you should have a really long cable now , open up the control panel and change it to classic view , scroll down and look for system open this and the device manger is on the left of the box that opens open the device manger and when this is open just connect the usb end to the laptop it does`nt have to be connected to the euro box , when u do this the device manger should refresh and it will tell you what com to use , when u get this information just follow the usual procedure . hope this help .

No idea but I downloaded one or two to check and all the files contained within the zip files are the last update from December.

I am based in Galway and I am with N*L. Following the switch off of S*y Sports/S*y Movies and a number of other channels about a month ago I have seen no further channels switched recently. Does anybody know if there is potential to have all channels switched off.
