Eurovox Lost Channels!!

Hi im in north Dublin and have a Eurovox max v box which has been working with all channels for the last year only needed to update the firmware once....over the last 2 to 3 weeks I have been losing channels and now its down to the basic set RTE1, 2 etc.......I have tried rescanning but with no luck and looking on the site there seems to be a problem generally....can anyone help in pointing me in the direction of the new firmware or even if there is one??
