i have accidently erased all the channels on my box can anyone tell me how to re-scan and do i have to do a factory reset.... THANX

Menu, config, clear data, and then do a new scan on your provider, and make sure no splitters on it.

thanks for the info but how do you do a scan for your provider. When i press the red button it comes up "no transponder to scan". I have tried with a pure signal to no avail. The TP remains on 000

plug the cable into the RF in on the back of the box, once you do the menu config clear data, next erase data or factory default, pick that one just make sure you know what symbol rate to pick from ie, 6887 is ntl others are 6952 after you pick one of them the next screen you will see a box, and there you put your symbol rate in there and then scan the unit

I have tried both symbol rates on power scan normal mode and the frequency range 100.000Mhz to 870.000Mhz step 8 and it goes to 770/770 after scanning but no channels are found and the TP remains on 000.Sorry but i am new to this and its doing my head in!
