Eurovox Max Red - No signal after broadband upgrade

We had virgin out today to upgrade our broadband from 20mb to 50mb, and since the upgrade the eurovox is saying 'no signal' on every channel. Power scans are turning up nothing even after doing a factory reset, the quality bar keeps going haywire and jumping about to different amounts each second all under 20%.

Tried the rf lead with and without the attenuator that was on it, no difference. Our normal virgin box still works fine and the eurovox worked this morning so I'm stumped.

Any ideas?

i bet if you just plug the dodgy box in on its own it will work fine as i would be defo its down to your cable or you might need a booster on your incoming cable its nothing to do with your broadband
