Hi folks! just on to a seller in uk, he informed me that its not nag3 of yet.... Still nag2 at the min, Just ntHELL fecken around with boxs (just in time for the premership, as usual how thoughtful of them! Dirtbirds..) I was told fix out in the next day or two, all going well, anyone any DECENT info???????

Simply take a look at the stream info. There is only N3 with ca-id 1802 left over at the premium channels on exntl networks.

So is this nag3 bieng rolled out for sure??? is it time to put my sv4 usb in the bin??? Or is thare any hope for these boxs at all?

heard that too, it's speculation,..N2 fix firmware does not have (key)au feature built in like older fixes so folk are not convinced it's N3,..other posts here are confirming N3 switch.

Lenny, you are definately correct there. All the boxes like Kryptview, Starview, Eurovox, Dreambox, DBox, ITGate did not have an auto update for N2. From what i have heard, the RSA keys were obtained from a GA05 NTHell card & were then hardcoded into the firmware.
Even i am not convinced that it is N3 yet. It is still very early days. I has only been 3 days since the channels went down.

Have a look at stream-info on Dreambox + come back + tell forum it's
not Nagra 3. D-box N2 fix has auto-roll key in it, + chls. are not clearing. I would love to think you are right, Colm, but I doubt it.

The stream info is 1802 it is nagra 3. Sorry to get rid of your last shred of hope, but it is definitely nagra 3.

Folk's,..don't give up all hope,..you can rest assured the introduction of N3 is eagerly awaited by
someone other than the cable companys.

looks like n3 has been rolled out in the states and canada also.
i checked out a site which stated that all FTA boxes were down but there was a fix involving Card sharing and they are working on the rest i dont know if im allowed to name the site so i wont for now, let me know if i can there is some good info on there. Any one else got any other info

yes nagra3 has started rolling out here in ireland. its not upc sending out the usual twice hit.. if it was everyone on mmds would be hit as well. as for fix for card sharing.. i dont think you understand how it works mate.

Remember i mentioned it to you the thare mite be a problem with the boxs in aug a fue week back, same guy i know informed me that thare will be a fix soon (this is comming from someone in "bent tee well")
I know it only rumour, but this guys info has bien spot on in the past, so fingers crossed buddys, sit tight for the min..... ;)

starview 6 will be released if they get a fix for nagra 3 cos starview 4 wont be any good for nagra 3 and if they do code changes it will also need some fixing this could be a long running battle
