you could try this
"NDF Channel Editor

This is the powerful Channel Editor to use on your PC to edit channels, create Favorite groups etc. Most operations are drag and drop for ease of use. Windows Only."

im sure the s12 is the same as s11 and s10 same firmware and channel list should be fine and its a good start on making ur own lists drop it onto usb flash drive update via usb then misc pick tp_prog.dbs and update it via that way
