my girlfriend got this box 2 months ago and set I it up in Dublin with the old firmware code and it worked fine,I live in Athlone so she came down with the box i scanned for chours and it worked 4 20 mins then looked 4 new firmware i set it up,now box cant pick up channels the only channel is cable test please help

Follow below and you should be fine, make sure you pick the correct area for you connection, and you dont say if you are on mains cable or MMDS.??
