How can I turn voices off my superbox

Hi
I have a superbox and recently Ive noticed more and more programmes have this really irriatating voice overs.... is there anyway to turn them off... please help its driving me insane!!

audio on the remote on the offending channel then move down from nar to eng push ok on remote
