yesterday when i got home and tried to watch some footie on my "the Box" i discovered every channal was lost i restarted every thing and re tuned it but nothing works. i have done the menu 1570 and emu on thingy but still nothing HELP PLS.
i tried to reinstall everything and although it serches and recognises the channels via the NTL choice i simply cant view the programs or channels. i feel lost can some one pls help
my service provider is Virgin, used t be NTL but under the same line. i live in dewsbury which is near Leeds, england, Uk if that helps. post code is WF13 area
oh dame!! that doesnt sound good is there an alternative? with out trying to pay the monthly subsciption??? sound likea right cheap skate.but if there is box or unit that can be brought pls tell. cheers mate
read the thread mate, thats the end of the road for cable in your area, no box currently, no boxs working on cable directly in the UK on Nagra 3
if you want sat as an alternative, look at the Shy Chans on Dreambox thread, but a lot of reading and learning to be done.
Unfortunatly, thats all you are left with sorry or p[ay for a sub with Virmin or Sky or go the CS route which will cost you for a share, unless you know someone who will want to share with you.
