How to get rid of audio discription on movie channels?

Could somebody please explain to me how i can turn off the audio discription that seems to be on most of my movie channels, i have a starview 3 the super box ..

It is so annoying when a good film comes on and then that annoying women describes everything as i am watching it, thank you.

think its the audio button mate put it on english instead of nar press ok on some different boxs you press red button and change it some times takes a couple of go,s hope that helps
