Here is what I am doing:-
I start up DCC and go into Telenet to upload the Icefilms plugin but I can't find the path /usr/lib/enigma2/python/Plugins/Extensions/ anywhere.
Also do I unzip the Icefilms downloaded folder and drag all the contents or leave it zipped.
Any help would be appreciated.

There is no /extensions folder in /var/tuxbox/plugins, though I have the zipped file sitting in /var/tuxbox/plugins folder.

in my stupidity i thought apple tv was an actual tv likely with an internet connection and an iceilm app associated. then i saw the apple tv media box advertised in a local electronics store for eur109. So just by modding it, putting in the icefilms app, connecting it to your router and tv then off you go. well cool :-)

Yes that was the case with the atv1&atv2 Fintannl, but as of yet there's no jailbreak for the atv3 which is the only one available for that price. So without being able to mod it it's pretty much useless.
There are alternatives such as the raspberry pi which is very cheap and the pivos xios and sumvision cyclone nano.
And yes that's it jailbreak add xbmc and then the repro's and off you go.

No bother fintannl, as I said the atv3 is really no use at the moment but maybe there'll be a jailbreak in the near future.

After some messing around with icefilms and 1channel I have uninstalled them and got the TSMedia plugin by mfaraj57 , have to say its a lot more stable and no "green screens"!. It has 1channel installed in it and mytube which you can now download from youtube , no hd for now but with films ,tv series , iptv , radio and my tube and an add to favourites option it has to be one of the best around and it gets updates so can only get better ! . You can get it from menu/TSpanel/addons/tunisiasat addons . If you want to try it I suggest you uninstall icefilms and or 1channel reboot then software update (menu/setup/software management) reboot then install it . Or try this link link
I did the above on a dm800 with pli image .... happy viewing !
