Inetbox 300 - how can I update the CCam?

I have the default image (Gemini) working fine and have found all the channels using a transponder scan

I can't seem to update the CCam - I have the FTA channels working fine.

Can anyone tell me how to download a new CCam??

Can anyone also tell me the location of the Bouquet files so I can upload new ones?

When I get to the Addons menu, I get the following error:

can't resolve hostname! (url: http://download.blue.panel.com......)

I have my own IP in as nameserver, local host address as Gateway and a static IP
