Has anyone else found the Sagem DBox2's to be working better than ever on Ireland NTL Nagra2, no skipping/jumping/freezes at all anymore on both 1x and 2x processors.
Its brilliant, as they are a brilliant box when they are working 100%
PLEASE DONT PM ME FOR KEYS!

I also got a few nokia Dbox 2x to run good on ss enigma 4 but I think some are fussy, I think I ended up having to use Virgin on one that kept freezing.

Every box is different Steo its just a matter of messing around until you get the right image. All Nokias wont like a certain image the same goes for Sagems, (even though Gbox sorted a lot of issues on these).
It doesnt even matter playing are with ucodes et al on each box. A box will find an image it is happy with and stick with it. The user doesnt have a choice LOL :)

Funny thing is I never had a problem with the A750 remote. I just changed the batteries and threw out the cheapo ones that come with it in transit and it flies now :)
The buttons are a bit "clunky" for want of a better word in comparison to my A700 remote, but in general I hardly notice a difference. Thats why I never give out about the remote LOL.

Mines crap, I might try Duracell or something. At least the box works unlike the old sv, though the remote is great on the old sv i can browse the menu's with a great remote but watch black LOL.

Great, I will give it ago. I take your point about them all being different. One sagem has a poor signal going in, it is fine on some channels and bad on others it rarely chirped before. The other one is fine for a while and then goes bad in a different way, if you reboot it is fine again, if you flick channels too fast it goes bad.

Cheers everybody, I used this on a sagem which was needing ~3 reboots a night was fine last night. Note this linked image is 2x and I forgot to check so ended up having to convert and load on with IFA after messing the box up. My mate was not too impressed with the boot screen! but otherwise it seems a great image, I really like the time progression bars on all the channels, and the channel logos.
