factory reset the box, then Automatic scan and then Network - you need to choose if your on nthell or TW etc, when you have chosen this, hit the green button it will start loading up the TP's

after you see this screen you will get another with a list of areas
pick your net id or nearest area and press ok let the box do the rest thats it

take the cable out of your box first step and the ethernet cable factory reset the box to default MENU ..... INSTALLATION ...... 0000 .....FACTORY DEFAULT.

Turn the box off at the back for 30 seconds then switch back on connect your cable feed only to the back of it now auto scan your provider is next box if you are on virgin now use your provider before change over TW or EX&CW and scan on NETWORK and NOT ALL press green button then ALSO MAKE SURE YOU ARE ON DIRECT FEED NO SPLITTERS INC YOUR BROADBAND

after that just leave the box to scan when it finds the list select your one for your area if you are unsure get this from your providers box.
