its been a while since i was near a krypt but when you scan them in are they not saving in the box
perhaps a bad flash! do a 'factory reset' flash box' and 'factory reset' again try the new firmware by iconnect (new member) this time

Hi menszone,
Are you waiting long enough when switching the box on from stand by? sometimes it can take inbetween 30 to 60 secs to recieve the decription and display channels.
If it is happening while watching then check and double check your connection setup as mentioned by e45, i am in Teesside area and there are no problems with service at present.
You cannot really get away without a splitter but as long as its good quality should not be a problem. i am going through 2. Have you got a spare to try?
Once you have flashed the box once, all you have to do is go to installation setting and select s/w update to flash easily over the net to latest firmware.

A couple of nights ago i had a simular problem, cant remember all the channels but Sky Sports1 was one of them as i was watching the golf, never lasted too long though. Looks like we will have some teething problems if what last couple of weeks has anything to go by :(

at the present time in the uk you will have to expect that with all the areas been switched over to N3 and freq changes
put the box in standby at night and you wont have problems with freq shift
USE THE FEATURE OF THE BOX THATS WHAT ITS THERE FOR

you can turn that feature off in the settings just remember if you do and they move some channles you will not have them and have to either rescan the box or re-enable the setting and leave the box off for 40 mins on standby
why not put a pin number on the adult channels that will stop that problem
