quick update, not all channels are gone. have sly 1 but no sly2, got wotch+1 but not wotch. strange stuff going on here. have taken e45's advice from another thread and put on an attenuator, have the latest firmware and the correct net id. Signal strength on those channels is weak, as low as 56 on sly 2. quality is high on all channels but, which i cant understand. If anyone has an answer I would be really grateful. This is driving me nuts.

Can confirm no pay channels either, even after factory default and rescan. Looks like CS server is down.

Manchester down also. And here was me trying all sorts to sort it out. Wish I had found this before I had spent a couple of hours trying to get it to work! lol. Oh well here's hoping it comes back up and not like the sv boxes.

Aye, I contacted VM today and was told it's a national outage. It started yesterday and is affecting all premium services. They don't have an ETA on when it's back up.
